    What It Does: The Black Contouring Sponge is used best for stippling and blending foundation, highlighter, contour with liquids, creams and powder cosmetics. Use the Flat Angled side to quickly blend contour cream or powder to the hollows of the cheeks, jawline and the neck to create the perfect contour. It also works great to apply and blend your favorite foundation (liquid or powder). Use the precision pointed tip to conceal and blend in those hard to reach spots such as the nose, corners of the mouth and under the eyes. Though the Contouring Sponge is most commonly used when wet, as it produces a less heavy, sheer finish; it can also be used dry with specific products that you may want heavier coverage, as with some concealers.

    If properly cared for, can last up to 3 months.

  • Tips & Tricks

    The edge of the sponge is great to clean up along your winged eye liner for a shaper edge. Apply some concealer to the back of your hand. Dab the edge of the sponge into the concealer, dabbing off any extra product. Stamp the edge of the sponge where you want to clean up the liner, blend by stippling the product until no harsh lines.

Best beauty sponge on the market

The shape gets into all of the parts of my face. Always gives me a smooth application of product. Washing every day, I can get 1-2 months use out of one sponge. And black, what’s not to love about the color!

Better than beauty blender!

I love these sponges! They blend my foundation out so smoothly, and give me a a soft and blended look to my foundation. They are are no different to clean than a beauty blender sponge. My only con might be, is that I don’t think they last quite as long as a beauty blender sponge, but for the price, in my opinion you get a whole lot more sponge!

This sponge does it all!!

My favorite sponge! Blows the Beauty Blender out of the water at a fraction of the price!! Apply and set your foundation in one. Flat side is perfect for setting and baking. This is a repurchase for me so I can have extras. Bought these for Christmas gifts too!! If you're on the fence, don't be! So soft, washes well, and is durable. It's perfection...

Great makeup sponge

I really prefer sponges this shape. The flat side is very practical.At first I thought these sponges looked and felt like the Real Techniques orange ones. However, they are slightly firmer and hold up better. I would definitely recommend.

    The sponge will last between 3-4 months depending on use and care. We recommend changing sponges every 2-3 months.

  • Does the sponge get bigger when wet?

    Yes. The sponges are designed to absorb water, which will increase the sponge size, and will keep the sponge from absorbing product, especially liquids.

  • Is the sponge easy to clean?

    You bet! All you need is mild soap and water; simply run the sponge under water, add a dime size amount of soap to your palm, and massage the sponge with soap; run under water until the water runs clear.
