How do I place an order?

ONLINE: You can place an order online via our secure merchant account system.

PHONE: You can place an order by phone - just call our professional sales specialist at 1-866-513-2258.

FAX: You can place an order via fax at 1-866-513-2258. Please include all required information, such as item number, contact information, payment information, billing and shipping information. When we receive your fax, we will contact you for verifications before the order is processed.

Please note that placing your order online is faster, safer and more efficient. It will ensure that your shipping address, billing address and item(s) ordered are correct.

What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, personal check, and PayPal.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped to Texas (TX).

Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
Yes, we use a completely secure merchant account system.

When does my credit card get charged?
When you place an order online, your credit card is charged for full payment. We process orders daily, so if there is an issue with availability you will be notified by our customer care team and any refunds will be processed immediately.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order. In addition, you will be shipping confirmation for your order once it has been shipped.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, please call client service at 1-866-513-2258. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. But all purchases are guaranteed for 30 days.

Shipping
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders, and we will upgrade shipping to 3 day priority for orders over $75.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return my order?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your order.

Your satisfaction is our guarantee on all purchases from BeautyJunkees.com.
If you receive your items from us and are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price less return shipping and handling costs.   If you decide to exchange for another item, we may be able to reduce some or all of the shipping fees. Please call us in this situation and we will work together with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Using Promotional Codes
When applicable, you may enter a promotional or discount code upon checkout in Step 2 for additional savings.
