To find the start of your eyebrow use your makeup brush to measure a straight line from the side of your nose, through the inner corner of your eye and into the eyebrow.
I have blonde hair and not many eyebrows and would not look good with big old black eye brows so

No. Eyebrow stencils are best used with pencils, powders and pomades. Use a tinted or clear brow gel to set the color and shape for all day wear.
No it does not. The gel is meant to color the hairs and keep them in place.
